Why is BeMe Important?

Most teens don’t get any mental health support from the current health system. The US Surgeon General recently emphasized the urgent need to address the nation’s youth mental health crisis, where 80 percent of youth with mental illness do not receive treatment. And while schools mandate physical education, mental health curriculum is neglected, leaving a gap in teen mental health knowledge. BeMe helps fill that gap for teens across the country.
